methodology · how we think

Solve the problem,
not the keywords

Most agencies start with a keyword list and work backwards to content. We think that era is over. Answer engines match understanding rather than strings. So we start where your customer starts: with a problem.

belief 01

The unit of strategy is a problem, never a keyword

A keyword is one phrasing of one moment of a problem. The problem itself generates hundreds of questions - across languages, formats, and engines. Plan at the problem level and every phrasing is covered by construction; plan at the keyword level and you are forever chasing your own tail.

belief 02

Build universes, never one-off pages

A content universe is everything a brand publishes around one customer problem: guides, data, comparisons, video, documentation - multiple sources and asset types, interlinked and structured so both people and answer engines can pull from it. Universes compound. Pages evaporate.

belief 03

The ladder is visible → cited → recommended

Visibility is table stakes. Cited means an engine used you to build its answer. Recommended means it told the buyer to pick you. Each rung is measurable per engine - so every month you get a number, and the number is the strategy conversation.

and one operating rule

AI does the heavy lifting

Production, monitoring, and reporting run on AI systems we build - agent skills, loop agents, schedulers. Machines do the repetition; the human hours go to strategy, judgment, and your market. That is how a small expert team operates at agency scale.
